It is the intent of Shelby Township ("the Township"), through this Request for Proposal and contract conditions contained herein, to establish to the greatest possible extent complete clarity regarding the requirements of both parties to the Agreement resulting from the Request for Proposal.
Shelby Township is accepting sealed proposals toward establishing a contract for Technology Support Services. Specification requirements are listed within this document. Bids/proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Board Room, at the time and address delineated below. All bids/proposals must be clearly addressed to the Clerk's Office and include the bid name and number on the outside of the envelope/package.
