The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Division of Water and Power (DWP) requires support services to assist in all aspects of the DWP mission. DWP comprises three Branches, the Branch of Irrigation and Power (BIP), the Safety of Dams Branch (SOD) and the Branch of Water Resources (BWR). The required support includes general administrative and technical expertise with regard to DWP processes and functions. The contractor shall provide technical expertise across a broad range of technologies and disciplines.
