The purpose of this contract is for RTD to seeks a qualified vendor to develop and administer Community and Customer Surveys in order to garner research data associated with RTD’s Board adopted 2021-2026 Strategic Plan. Performance shall commence as of the date specified in the notice to proceed or, if no date is specified, upon Contractor’s receipt of notice to proceed, and shall continue for three 3 years, with up to two additional one-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of RTD.
