Virginia Housing Development Authority, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, referred to herein as “Virginia Housing” or “VHDA”, requests proposals to establish one or more contracts with qualified providers of temporary staff/personnel augmentation services. One or more contracts may be awarded in each of the following areas for temporary staffing: Information Technology, Project Management, Administrative/Financial and Legal. The contract period shall be for an initial two (2) year period, with three (3) optional one (1) year renewal periods.
