The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit submittals from qualified from to provide a Senior Solutions/Business Intelligence Architect through a competitive bidding process.
The Howard County Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the Howard County Public School System or HCPSS, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to provide a Senior Solutions/Business Intelligence Architect for the HCPSS Department of Information Technology as more fully described herein. Services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms, general conditions, and attachments. The buyer is the only person authorized to answer questions regarding this RFP. Offerors should not rely on information obtained from any source other than the named buyer. Offerors are responsible for monitoring the HCPSS Purchasing website for any amendments to the RFP. Failure of any offeror to receive any such Addenda or interpretation may not relieve such offeror from obligation under his/her proposal as submitted.
