The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (FS) on behalf of the OFR is hereby soliciting the subject requirement under the NITAAC CIO-SP3 GWAC contract vehicle – Task areas 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10. This RFP shall result in a single task order award as a 100% set aside for certified Small Business. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a task order in accordance with FAR 16.505 and the NITAAC CIO-SP3 Small Business contract. This is a CIO-SP3 non-personal service Task Order in support of the Office of Financial Research (OFR) commodity and analytics environment. The OFR analytical environment includes open source and commercial off-the-shelf products such as Microsoft, Linux, Hadoop, SLURM, Bright Computing, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Microsoft AZURE and Amazon Web Services. The Contractor shall assist and provide expertise to the OFR in the development and support of enterprise-wide secure trusted environments on both physical and virtual platforms. The Contractor shall also perform required tasks (see paragraph 2) in support of design, implementation, and OFR systems in Pre or Post production. Any on-site support will take place in OFR provided office space in the Washington D.C or New York City.
