The MCTSSA Test and Engineering Division (T&ED) provides support for the integration, validation, and certification of C5I and other Tactical Data Systems (TDS). The Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) Program’s primary areas of responsibility are the development and maintenance of Tactical Data Exchange Standards and Technical Interoperability Standards, and the performance of Interoperability Certification Testing and analysis.
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the non-personal technical and engineering support services required by MCTSSA for the fulfillment of the JINTACCS responsibilities related to interoperability standards, and certification testing.
The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Performance Requirements in paragraph 3 of this PWS represent the support services which are to be performed as required
