The contractor shall perform database design, implementation, and operation and data platform sustainment support, to include technical, administrative, and professional services, for the purpose of developing and implementing integrated databases of future force structure and capabilities along with study support and analytic tool development. The Government anticipates a multiple award IDIQ contract for the following support services outlined below:

• Information Technology Development and Sustainment
