The Board of Trustees of Howard Community College (the “College” or “HCC”) is seeking proposals for comprehensive managed information technology (IT) services. The selected firm will serve as a business partner in the assessment, evaluation, organization, and delivery of managed IT services.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a qualified managed IT services provider capable of enhancing and supporting HCC's IT environment. It is expected that the awarded firm will provide experienced staff necessitated to reach the stated goals and objectives, including a Chief Information Officer (CIO) who will lead all IT functions of the College. The CIO will also serve as a peer on the president's team, offering recommendations and implementing solutions to align IT with the college's overall strategic vision.
