This contract acquires professional medical staffing, occupational health professionals and ancillary staff for Clinical Eastern Region (EAST), to support Program Support Center (PSC) Federal Occupational Health (FOH) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
The Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary personnel, office supplies, materials, services, facilities, (except as otherwise specified), and otherwise do all the things necessary for or incident to the performance of the work as set forth in each task order.
FOH SPSs are grouped together in three regions: Western Region (WEST), Eastern Region (EAST) and National Capital Region (NCR). The Contractor shall provide PerSCs to the region in which the Contractor has been awarded a contract/task order. At any point during the life of the contract, the Contractor may be issued a task order to provide PerSCs to another SPS(s) in a different region should FOH request it.
Work performed under this contract will occur at multiple FOH SPSs in the FOH Clinical Eastern Region (EAST) including but not limited to:
Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico.
