The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is requesting offers for consulting services to assist the Enterprise Information Services (EIS) with Consulting Services, with the goal to provides continued support for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) SharePoint deployment. To be considered for this Request for Offer (RFO), the Consultant must hold a current Master Service Agreement (MSA) Information Technology (IT) Consulting Services Agreement (5167010-001 to 5167010-319), with eligibility to bid in Tier 1 procurements (up to $1.5/million) and within the classification Senior Technical Lead for IT Consulting Services as described in this RFO.

Offers must comply with the instructions found herein. Failure to comply with any of the requirements may cause the offer to be rejected, and deemed non-responsive. Refer to Exhibit A, Statement of Work (SOW), for the required services related to this solicitation.

By submitting an offer, the bidder agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this RFO and in accordance with an authorized IT Consulting MSA (5167010-001 to 5167010-319). Key Action Dates and Times may be adjusted by the State of California (State) as conditions warrant.

The period of performance for this agreement shall be from April 27, 2020, or upon CDCR approval, whichever is later, through April 26, 2020. Funding is subject to approval of the project funding requests. If it is determined to be in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting Agreement may be amended to lengthen the term and/or increase the funding consistent with the original Scope of Services.
